Returns

Our return policy is for store credit or change only. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to call the store 225.622.7008 so we are able to hold your size (if still available). Online store credits are issued in the form of a discount code sent to the email address provided at checkout, after the return has been approved (3-5 business days.)

Items are eligible for return if they are received by TWDL within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

All sale, clearance, discounted items, tights, undergarments, and gift cards are FINAL SALE, and not eligible for return or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS. Discounted items also include flash sales, promotional codes, or any other type of sale.

All returns must remain unworn, unwashed, and all original tags must still be attached.

Footwear must be in the original shoe box in unworn condition.

If items are returned appearing worn, with makeup, deodorant stains, smelling of cigarette smoke, fragrances, or damaged, they WILL NOT be accepted as a return and they will be sent back to you for a charge.

If your order is returned to us after the 30 days or it does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping for the new item, if exchanging, is the responsibility of the customer.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received defective merchandise, incorrect or missing items you must contact us within 5 days of receipt of purchase at twdlorders@eatel.net so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period. NO EXCEPTIONS.

EXCHANGES:
Due to our limited quantities per style, you will need to call the store if you would like to exchange your item for a different size (if still available). Once we receive your original item, you will receive an email to confirm your new item is on the way! If your order is returned to us after the 30 days or it does not meet the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied to your card.

TWDL IN-STORE RETURN POLICY:
Merchandise purchased online can be returned at our Gonzales, Louisiana location but will only be eligible for an online store credit. We have a 30-day store policy, which states you have 30 days of receipt of purchase for exchange or online credit only and you must have your online receipt. We will allow exchanges, if our store has the correct size you need in stock. These items must meet our return guidelines to be honored. After 30 days customers will NOT be given an online credit or exchange.
Merchandise purchased at TWDL store located in Gonzales, LA may not be returned online.
